Aldi brings back the On Form Special Buys range
An exciting new Special Buys range is heading to Aldi’s iconic middle aisle, with fans of major savings encouraged to get in quick.
In one of the most anticipated sales of the year, one huge German supermarket chain is getting ready to drop their latest collection.
Aldi Australia is dropping the “On Form” Special Buys range, featuring a variety of fitness equipment, on August 19.
One of the most popular items on sale in the collection is the foldable exercise bike, which retails for $169.
The bike has eight levels of magnetic resistance, a padded, height adjustable seat, and displays time, speed, distance, calories, scan, odometer and pulse.
Another impressive item is the fitness massage gun, which has a price tag of $79.99. It boasts 30 different speeds, a run time of eight hours and eight interchangeable massage heads.
Other items in the range include a variety of fitness clothing for men and women, resistance bands for glute training, and weight training gloves.
The range comes after Aldi released a fitness range in January featuring activewear and yoga mats.
Aldi’s yoga mat sold out quickly as many were eager to kickstart their New Year’s fitness goals.
An Aldi spokesperson told news.com.au: “Australian customers are now, more than ever, looking for value and our Special Buys range certainly delivers that. We work hard to bring amazing quality to our middle aisle and our fitness gear is a Special Buys range that consistently resonates with our customers.
“Whether it is a yoga mat that went on sale earlier this year and subsequently sold out, or the foldable exercise bike that’s available Saturday, we are constantly looking to bring variety to our customers.
“While Australians keep coming through our doors to shop our range of fitness gear, we will continue to innovate to bring interesting and affordable ranges to our stores.”
Earlier this year, Aldi brought back its Snow Sale after a hiatus from the popular Special Buys range in 2022.
Social media clips depicted customers queuing up outside their local Aldi stores more than 30 minutes before stores opened.
Chloe, who posts on TikTok as @mymoneydiary_, shared a video of her attempt to snag some of the discount winter items from the “infamous Aldi sale”.
Her video showed her having to sit in a line, which snaked up a set of stairs, before the roller doors were pulled up and shoppers were allowed in.
