A Sydney model wearing a completely see-through dress was among a string of celebrities who attended the opening of a new designer store.
Roberta Pecoraro rocked an expensive $8950 gown from Australian designer Christopher Esber made entirely of a mesh fabric embellished with sequins to the launch party for the Cartier store in Sydney on Wednesday night.
It also featured an unusual neckline that plunged down to Roberta’s belly button yet strategically covered her nipples.
However, they were still visible through the sheer fabric, along with the model’s nude undies.
The 27-year-old posed for a series of snaps at the event, posting one on Instagram with the caption: “An evening with @cartier wearing @christopher_esber.”
Her 47,000 followers were quick to comment on the daring dress, labelling the look “insane”.
“There’s a lot of trust in the tape here! You look amazing lady,” one wrote.
“This dress on you! Divine,” another said.
Others described Roberta as an “angel” and a “goddess”.
Other guests at the event included Karl and Jasmine Stefanovic who arrived arm-in-arm to the star-studded party.
Jasmine, 38, wore a floor-length black dress with a plunging neckline with matching kitten heels. She finished her outfit with a black blazer draped over her shoulders.
Today host Karl opted for a classic black suit, wearing his white shirt with its top buttons loose for a casual finish.
Billionaire hospitality tycoon Justin Hemmes, 50, and girlfriend Madeline Holtznagel, 26, were also at the event hosted to celebrate Cartier’s new flagship Oceania store located on Sydney’s George Street.
Model Jessica Gomes, who has appeared in the swimsuit edition of Sports Illustrated, was also in attendance wearing a chic black mini-dress.
Meanwhile actress Teagan Croft pulled a wink for the camera as she posed over her shoulder wearing a backless black number,
Former Home And Away actress Isabel Lucas opted for a stylish brown dress featuring white detailing on one side.
