Addison Rae is embracing a more wacky style

Some fresh new photos of a very popular young star have revealed she’s shaking things up.

Addison Rae has perfected the art of wearing an outfit that is so bizarre that it gets everyone talking about you.

The 24-year-old was recently pictured sticking her tongue out and wearing a fedora that Guy Sebastian would be jealous of.

She paired the fedora with ballet flats that were the colour of her skin, a Diet Pepsi shirt, and velvet pants.

It was a look.

On one hand, she looked like someone at the airport wearing the only clean clothes they had left after a lengthy holiday backpacking and not staying anywhere with a laundry service.

In reality she was leaving a ritzy dinner in Los Angeles with a bunch of mates and having a fun night out.

On the other hand, she also had fun with fashion, experimenting with different textures and genuinely being a trendsetter.

Rae’s outfits have become considerably more fun and quirky since she launched her pop singing career.

The 24-year-old became famous on TikTok for doing trendy dances and amassed over 80 million followers.

She then nabbed a starring role in a Netflix romantic comedy He’s All That, which was a remake of the iconic late 90’s film She’s All That.

For a moment there her career floundered, but now she’s a pop girly and has fully rebranded herself.

She used to be known for a more generic style. She was often pictures wearing tight activewear, fitted dresses and crop tops with jeans. All cute outfits, but nothing fashion forward.

Rae was never on the best dressed list but she was never on the worst dressed list.

It was more of an All-American Girl kind of vibe.

Ever since she released her pop banger, Diet Pepsi, she’s been dressing way more fun.

For instance, recently when she was hanging out in New York City, she was seen wearing low-rise jeans, giant sunglasses and a furry little hat.

The look was confusing, fashionable, and everything you would want a young celebrity to wear.

She also wowed in August when she was seen getting ice cream in tiny black shorts, six-inch heels and a Lady Gaga T-shirt.

The 24-year-old’s shorts were so small that they resembled Bonds boy-leg briefs. They offer more coverage than your average pair of undies …. but not much more coverage.

The shorts wouldn’t be noticeable if she was wearing them to the gym, but she really made them pop by pairing the hotpants with heels.

The look is jarring because it just isn’t something you see every day — unless you’re very invested in watching the music video of Jessica Simpson’said-2000s revival of the Nancy Sinatra song ‘These Boots Are Made For Walking’.

Not to mention when she dressed like a sexy bride for the 2024 MTV music awards.

She wore white underwear and a giant tulle train and pulled-off one of the most talked about outfits of the night.

Rae is absolutely embracing a more zany and wild style and who knows what she’ll wear next!
