Nick Kygrios’ girlfriend in $12m Sydney property video
Nick Kygrios’ model girlfriend has stripped off in a bid to help sell off a home for record price tag. Watch the video.
The glamorous model girlfriend of tennis star Nick Kygrios has appeared in a slick video promoting a stunning new home that’s shooting for a suburb record in Sydney’s inner west.
Social influencer Costeen Hatzi, 23, who has 176k fans on Instagram, is shown enjoying the view, walking down the uber-cool designer spiral staircase, jogging the Bay Run, having a swim and looking spectacular in not just one, but two shower scenes.
Hatzi, who also has a regular job as founder of Studio.style dress hire, met Kygios in late 2021 when he spotted her ad selling a mirror on Instagram.

The video, for a stunning new home that’s expected to sell for a suburb record-beating price of $12m, is her very first promoting luxury homes, but perhaps it won’t be her last.
The four-bedroom, four-bathroom home with four-car garage at 77 Burnell St, Russell Lea is for sale in an expressions of interest campaign via Lee Trakosas of Kosas Property in conjunction with Dib Chidiac.
The property is described as a “waterside masterpiece” in the realestate.com,au ad, with views over Iron Cove Bay, a resort-style pool, marble finishes, home cinema, commercial-grade lift and rear lane access to the four-car stacker garage.
Property records show property developer Danny Tahan of PAMA bought the 508sqm site for $5,275,000.
PAMA, who sponsor the West Tigers, currently have six luxury homes and a 22-apartment project underway in the inner west currently, with three more projects mooted.
They’re really bringing in the big guns to sell this one, with Jamie Durie set to do a demo of the smart home operating system Control 4.
Given the amount of interest, the developers should have no trouble smashing the current Russell Lea record of $9.2m for a knockdown nearby earlier in the year.
PropTrack puts the median house price in Russell Lea at $3m, up 10.2 per cent over the year.
