“We have decided that our work here is done in restoring this timeless beauty and we are ready for the next project to sink our teeth into,” Margaux said.
Marketing agent Nathan Strudwick of Elders Real Estate said the couple had undertaken a substantial renovation, which had brought the house into the modern era.

Mr Strudwick sold their previous home at Cornubia in April 2023 for just shy of $3m.
They are hoping for offers between $2.7m and $2.9m for the Daisy Hill property on 2870 sqm in Highview Terrace.
The house has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and multiple indoor and outdoor living areas.
The chic kitchen features shaker-style cabinetry, a large island, and Smeg appliances.
Along with the main residence, there are two sheds, accommodation for up to six vehicles and toys, a pool, and a pool house dedicated to the ultimate entertainer, which doubles as Corey’s ‘man cave’, complete with a bar and pool table.
The master suite includes a huge, walk-in wardrobe and dressing room, currently stocked with Margaux’s impressive designer handbag and shoe collection.
Backing onto John Paul Forest and Springwood Conservation, there are two purpose-built barbecue areas, a pizza oven, wraparound verandas and a sandstone fire pit area, where the Parkers have enjoyed many a party with family and friends.
The couple is now looking for another renovation project — in the same area.
“They’re the king and queen of Logan — of course they’ll stay in the area,” Mr Strudwick said.
