The agent selling a rare cliffhanger home at Dover Heights has been overwhelmed by the response since it hit the market yesterday.
“This house is going crazy online .... we’ve had 49 inquiries overnight, said TRG Associate Director Cae Thomas.
Owned by Steve and Nicole Coppola, of Coppola Home, a rug store at the Moore Park Supa Centre in Kensington, the four-bedroom, three-bathroom home on a 531sqm block at 32 Wentworth St last traded for $12.9m in 2021, records show.

Buyers, both locally and internationally, have been blown away by the incredible ocean view, Thomas says.
“It’s incredibly hard to get a position right there on the clifftop, they come up very rarely,” says Thomas, who realestate.com.au says is the No.1 sales agent in Dover Heights.
“We’ve already knocked back offers in the $15m-$16m range during an off-market campaign.”
Other things going for the property are the clever architectural design by award-winning firm Hare & Klein in collaboration with Stratti Building Group.
The Coppolas have also done a range of renos over the past three years, including upgrading the outdoor pool area with new decking and outdoor heating.
They’ve also installed a brand new pool and spa.
No chance of being cold over winter, since the home has underfloor heating, including in the kitchen and living area.
Property values in the area have escalated in the area significantly since the Coppalas $12.9m purchase four years ago.
Recent sales in the area have included Thomas’s $16.8m sale for 39 Portland St, which smashed the suburb record at the time, and a later $21m sale for the home of celebrity accountant Anthony Bell in Hunter St.
