Ivanka Trump has shared a rare look inside her deluxe private gym at her $US24 million ($A35 million) Miami mansion.

The 43-year-old mum-of-three took to Instagram to share a selfie taken inside her exercise room, flashing her physique during a workout.

Ivanka captioned the photo, writing: “Sticking to New Year’s resolutions isn’t easy — only 23% of people make it past the first week.

“ [I’ve fallen into that category many, many times!] But every day is a new opportunity to show up and stay committed.

“Feeling stronger and more motivated as February begins — let’s keep going!”

The business woman’s image also revealed a sneak peek at her opulent home gym set up, capturing a collection of dumbbells, a weightlifting bench, a yoga mat, an elegant sauna room, and a sleek shower.

Ivanka‘s “luxury personal trainer” previously shed light on how the former “The Apprentice” star stays fit.

Sandy Brockman, a Texas-based fitness expert, shared that the first daughter lifts weights four days a week, occasionally adding one day of yoga, Page Six reports.

“Ivanka is wonderful because she is just being herself and learning how to strength train, which is so badass,” she told The Daily Mail.

Ivanka’s strength training sessions typically last an hour. During their workout sessions, she typically sticks to the same five exercises, altering the amount of weight depending on her goals at the time.

“The movements are always the same. They’re dead lifts, back squats, hinges, presses and pull-ups,” Ms Brockman said.

The eldest daughter of Donald Trump gave her followers a glimpse at her workout routine last year.

“The Apprentice” star showed off her impeccable squat form as she carried 15 pounds (6.8kg) on each side.

“Beautiful Back Squats Today,” Ms Brockman wrote over the video, which Ivanka reposted, adding, “Heck yes! Let’s go!”.

Ms Brockman recently told Realtor that she encourages all of her clients to have their own private gyms in their homes so they can always get a quick workout in.

No doubt the fitness pro’s advice came in handy for Ivanka when she and her husband, Jared Kushner, were constructing their dream home on Indian Creek Island.

According to Realtor, the couple purchased a megamansion for a whopping $US24 million ($A35 million) in April 2021.

Since snapping up the six-bedroom compound, the two have completed a gut renovation and transformed the residence into one of the most enviable properties in the neighbourhood.

Work on the property went on for more than two years, with Ivanka hosting a birthday celebration there just weeks before the renovation was finally completed in November 2023.

Property records revealed Ivanka and Kushner took out a $US15 million ($A22 million) mortgage when purchasing the home, which comes with a private boat dock and offers staggering views of Biscayne Bay.

Located in an exclusive gated community “Billionaire’s Bunker”, where Tom Brady and Jeff Bezos also own homes, the property was described in its original listing as a “magnificent, remodelled neoclassical masterpiece.”

The couple retained the large water feature at the front of the property. In the lavish backyard, they ripped out and then reinstalled the swimming pool.

According to the plans that were released by Miami-Dade County, the couple installed a chef’s kitchen next to the dining room and outfitted the primary suite with double closets and a beautiful spa bathroom.

The pool cabana out back was also given a total makeover, which saw a sauna, steam room, and cold plunge pool installed.

Ivanka previously opened up about her decision to flee Washington, DC and relocate to Florida.

During a candid appearance on “The Skinny Confidential” podcast, the former and future first daughter bluntly admitted that she “hates politics” and the “darkness” that surrounds “that world”.

The businesswoman added that the main reason she chose to distance herself from her father Doanld’s latest campaign was her children, and her desire to protect them from all that she experienced.

“The main reason I am not going back to serve now is, I know the cost,” she told hosts Lauryn Bosstick and Michael Bosstick.

“And it’s a price that I’m not willing to make my kids bear. My primary goals were just to, like, be the best freaking mum.

“Every time I had to miss something, I’m like, ‘I will never let this happen again in the minute I leave the White House.’ I feel super great about this decision.”

Ivanka revealed that working in the White House put her under extreme pressure and claimed that she didn’t “see the sunlight” for four years.

“You become a little bit calloused. It’s very dark, negative. And some people love, like, the gladiator aspect of it. The fight — that was never me,” she admitted.

“Oh, my gosh, I don’t think I saw sunlight for four years,” she said of being an adviser to the president.

Although she remained adamant that she doesn’t want to go back into a life of politics, she noted that her time in the White House had its perks — first and foremost, experiencing a world outside of the high society “bubble” of her time living in Manhattan.

“It was a time of extraordinary personal growth for me and learning,” she said.

“In retrospect, I was able to break free of a bubble that I didn’t even know that I was in of the sort of Upper East Side of New York.”

Despite not wanting to join her father for his second term, she insisted that Donald is surrounded by “great energy” and that he has put in an immense amount of work preparing for his return.

She added: “He’s got so much energy and support and excitement. And I think the four years has really allowed him to calibrate, you know, how he wants to spend this next four years. And he’s incredibly excited and enthusiastic.”
