Australia’s luckiest postcodes for lottery wins revealed

Three entries shared the first prize in the massive $90m Oz Lotto Boxing Day draw, the second-biggest prize in game history.

The winning tickets have each won $32,629,794.23.

The jackpot came about after the last nine draws went without a division one winner.

The winning number were 17 44 22 42 31 24 28, with supplementary numbers 3 16 39.

More details of the winning entries are expected to be announced later.

The Lott spokesperson Matt Hart said millions of Aussies had been expected to get involved in the draw with the life-changing amount of money on the line.

“Up to a third of Australian adults are expected to have a ticket in their hands before the draw’s close tonight,” he said.

“It seems many are dreaming about a festive season they’ll never forget and all the possibilities a prize of this magnitude might create in 2024 and beyond.”
