Beloved Aussie series Gogglebox Australia is gearing up to return for an impressive 10th year.
Foxtel announced this morning that the smash-hit series is back on screens Wednesday, February 21, marking 10 consecutive years the reality program has been on air.
Adapted from the British series of the same name, the hilarious and honest TV show films a select few Aussie households watching and commenting on the week’s popular television shows and films from the comfort of their own living rooms.
Over the years, Aussie viewers have fallen in love with the couch critics with seasoned Gogglebox originals such as the cricket-mad The Delpechitra Family; doting grandparents Lee and Keith; Greek best friends Anastasia and Faye; and the tight knit Dalton family leading the way.
New inclusions over the years who are also returning this year are best mates and larrikins, Adam and Symon; brother and sister foodies Tim and Leanne; avid surfers and best friends Milo and Nic; friends Kevin, Bob Jared and Mia; Matty along with sons Malik and baby Lyon plus Uncle Jad; and mother and daughter Kerry & Izzy.

Up until last year, Kerry and Izzy were joined by the Silbery family matriarch, Grandma Emmie, but her dementia diagnosis in late 2022 meant she was no longer able to take part.
Since Gogglebox Australia premiered a decade ago, it has won a staggering six TV Week Logie Awards and has been nominated seven times at the AACTA Awards, most recently scoring a Factual Entertainment Program nomination at the 2024 AACTAs on February 10.
The show has also created the spin-off Celebrity Gogglebox Australia – an annual one-episode special that raises awareness for ReachOut Australia.
Last year’s stellar line-up included radio stars Carrie Bickmore and Fifi Box; comedians Anne Edmonds and Lloyd Langford; The Great Australian Bake Off judge Darren Purchese and host Natalie Tran; and The Real Housewives of Sydney stars Krissy Marsh and Nicole O’Neil.
The cast was rounded off by returning armchair critics from Season 1: Dave “Hughesy” Hughes with his wife Holly Ife and The Irwins – Terri, Bindi and Robert.
Gogglebox Australia premieres Wednesdays at 7.30pm from February 21 on Foxtel and is also available On Demand.
