Bach fave Tara Pavlovic slams franchise

SHE’S one of The Bachelor’s most beloved contestants but Tara Pavlovic has had a few things to say about the reality TV show.

BACHELOR in Paradise star Tara Pavlovic has slammed the franchise and implied the show is fake in a hilarious social media post.

Posting on her Instagram Story during Wednesday night’s episode of The Bachelorette, Tara used contestant Ivan’s bizarre attempts to blend two whole avocados (yes you read that right) to sum up her time on reality TV.

“I have been trying to find a way to describe how real reality TV is for about 10 months now,” she wrote.

“I have struggled, but I have now found the perfect description … It’s about as real as two whole avocadoes being blended whole in a blender and nothing at all going wrong.”

A fan favourite on Matty J’s season of The Bachelor, Tara went on to star in Bachelor in Paradise where she met Sam Cochrane, who later proposed to her during the finale episode.

But their engagement soon ended acrimoniously, with both Sam and Tara claiming the other had been abusive during their relationship.

Tara wasn’t the only viewer to lose their mind over Ivan’s attempts to blend two avocados during his make or break double date with Ali Oetjen.

The dancer was tasked with whipping up an avocado and cacao mousse dessert for Ali but was dumbfounded as to how he would blend the avocado.

Admitting he had “never done a dessert in my life”, Ivan nonchalantly put two avocados — skin and all — into a blender and pressed start.

“I just had a look at the instructions to make avocado mousse. It says grab two avocados and I grabbed them and I’ve put the whole lot in the blender,” Ivan explained later.

When Ali found out, naturally she was horrified, and while we don’t want to speculate, it’s probably why she decided to keep Bill after the date and send Ivan packing.

“You didn’t put the pip in, did you? Did you really?” She exclaimed.
