Laura Byrne and Matty J have welcomed their second child

Bachelor couple Laura Byrne and Matty J have welcomed their second child, revealing the unique name they’ve chosen for them.

We have another Bachie baby.

Laura Byrne and Matty J have welcomed their second child together, a daughter they’ve named Lola Ellis Johnson.

The Bachelor mum shared a photo of their newborn, along with the caption, “I said I would eat my own poop if you were a girl, and yet HERE YOU ARE! Already teaching me the worldly life lessons that come with being a mama – such as, just because I feel something to be true (in my waters) doesn’t mean it is and not to make promises to @matthewdavidjohnson that I 100% do not intend on keeping.”

She added, “You are perfection. You are dynamite. We love you and your 95 percentile head endlessly.”

Matty J also posted adorable snaps of the baby.

“Lola Ellis Johnson.. you had us all fooled! Everyone from your Mum, your Nana, the neighbour and even the postman thought you were going to be a boy. Playing pranks on us all already.. I love it! I also love that I’m now well and truly outnumbered by 3 beautiful and rambunctious girls at home. Welcome to the family.”

Byrne, 31, announced her pregnancy in September last year after keeping the secret for five long months.

Throughout her pregnancy, the Life Uncut podcast host shared candid updates, including one rather graphic confession about her body and how it changes when you’re pregnant.

Not wanting to focus on the “glossy” side of pregnancy, Byrne told co-host Brittany Hockley: “Your vagina starts getting fat and your nipples turn black … and why is there a beard growing on my stomach?”

Laughing, she continued, “Pregnancy does the weirdest sh** to your body. All this weird stuff happens, and nobody talks about it!”

Byrne went on to explain to Hockley what her private parts will look like when she hits the nine-month mark.

“Mine doesn’t look like it yet, but lo and behold at nine months some people get a really swollen vagina,” she laughed. “It looks like a chicken breast. Just think of a really juicy chicken breast.”

In January, the former reality star shared a glowing snap at the beach, presumably days before she gave birth: “One toddler in daycare and one mama on maternity leave … WHAT IS THIS FREEDOM!!!!!!” the mum of one-and-a-half-year-old Marlie-Mae posted.

Fans were quick to notice how her stomach had “dropped”, indicating birth was imminent.

Byrne and Johnson similarly announced their baby news with a joyous beach snap on Instagram.

“I reckon we’ve kept this little beach ball under wraps for long enough … Halfway to number two,” Laura told her followers.

“A big shout out to @matthewdavidjohnson for his contribution,” she joked.

Meanwhile, Matty J wrote on his page: “Marlie-Mae learning shocked face couldn’t have been timed any better. WE’RE HAVING A BABY!”

The couple were engaged in April 2019, and welcomed their daughter, Marlie-Mae, in June 2019.

Shortly before they announced they were expecting a second child, Laura and Matty celebrated three years passing since the Bachelor finale.

Matty joked of the milestone to fans: “I’ll be honest, we both kinda forgot the finale happened 3 years ago today. I blame the fact that we’re still so disgustingly in love with each other it’s made our memories slightly hazy … and the fact that we’re battling extreme parental fatigue.”
