Bachelor success story, Matty J and Laura Byrne have announced that they are expecting their second child together after the couple got engaged last year.

Matty J Johnson and Laura Byrne have announced that they’re expecting their second child together.

Byrne, 33, shared the amazing news on her Instagram with a gorgeous photo of herself, Johnson and their one-year-old daughter Marlie Mae Rose.

“I reckon we’ve kept this little beach ball under wraps for long enough..... Halfway to number 2,” Byrne wrote in the caption of the photo.

She jokingly continued, “A big shout out to @matthewdavidjohnson for his contribution.”

Johnson, also 33, made his own announcement on his social media.

“Marlie-Mae learning shocked face couldn’t have been timed any better,” he captioned a similar photo of the family on the beach.

“WE’RE HAVING A BABY! Please brace yourself for twice the amount of dad jokes.”

Laura Byrne and Matty J are expecting their second child.

The couple got engaged last year in April while on holiday in Fiji.

The pair met while Johnson was the Bachelor for season five, with Byrne stealing his heart at the finale.

They welcomed their first child, daughter Marlie Mae in June last year.
