Single reality star heads to the jungle

With just days before I’m A Celebrity kicks off, one clue has fans hoping the Bachelor’s biggest star could be appearing on the show.

Nollsey comes second again

With just days to go until I’m A Celebrity … Get Me Out Of Here! kicks off, social media is going crazy with speculation over which stars will enter the jungle.

But it’s Network Ten’s final clue that has Bachelor fans in a frenzy, with the channel teasing earlier this week that a “single reality star” would be heading to South Africa.

Ex Bachelor contestants Elora Murger and Richie Strahan both appear to be in South Africa this week, fuelling speculation one of them could be set to make an appearance.

But Murger, who appeared on Matty J’s season in 2017, was quick to clarify that she was only holidaying in South Africa and wouldn’t be appearing on the show — but it’s still some coincidence, right?

“I was here for a road trip and I’ll be back home Thursday,” she wrote on Instagram.

Meanwhile Strahan, who starred on The Bachelorette in 2015 and The Bachelor in 2016, shared a post of himself on Instagram “roughing it in Kruger National Park”, which happens to be the exact location where I’m A Celebrity is filmed.

“OMG hope you’re going into the jungle with other celebrities,” one person commented while another follower wrote: “I’m a celebrity?”

But it seems unlikely that Strahan would post about being in South Africa if he was actually going on I’m A Celebrity, with the show’s contestants a closely guarded secret until the series premieres.

But Ten has gone to extreme lengths to protect reality TV reveals before, flying Bachelorette finalists Taite Radley and Todd King to Fiji just days ahead of the series finale in November.

A photo of the pair at Nadi airport surfaced online, prompting speculation they had both been rejected by Ali Oetjen and would appear on Bachelor in Paradise, which was then filming in Fiji.

That theory was later proven wrong when Oetjen picked Radley in the finale episode, with Radley later admitting to Nova’s Fitzy and Wippa Ten had given him and King a “free trip” to Fiji.

“We were just getting a little sun … We didn’t even know the photo was taken,” Radley said.

So who might the single reality star appearing on I’m A Celeb be?

The Daily Telegraph reports it could be Love Island star Justin Lacko, a model who failed to find love on the 9Go! reality TV show last year.

So far only Goggleboxers Angie and Evie have been confirmed for I’m A Celebrity but here are all the other clues about who will be appearing on the reality TV show.
