Say “Congratulations” to Post Malone on his body transformation.

The rapper, 28, recently lost 27 kilograms and finally divulged the secret behind his slimmer figure, reports the New York Post.

Malone appeared on Joe Rogan’s podcast earlier this month and revealed he dropped the weight by cutting out sugary soda from his diet.

“Soda is so bad. It’s so good, but so bad,” the father of one told the podcast host, 56.

Despite cutting back, Malone still enjoys a glass of the fizzy, refreshing drink from time to time.

“[If] I had a great show, and you know what, I’m feeling a little bit naughty. I’m gonna have myself a Coke on ice,” he confessed, adding that he allows himself to drink the cola in moderation.

Rogan agreed that having junk food and sweet beverages once in a while is fine to keep up a healthy lifestyle.

The musician even admitted how much he weighed before and after his efforts.

Malone’s scale now reaches 84 kilograms but he topped it at 109 kilograms before his diet change.

“The problem is when people [drink soda] all day every day, your body doesn’t know what to do with that sugar because it’s so unnatural … the key to those things is every now and then, you know?” Rogan chimed in.

The UFC commentator continued: “Every now and then you reward yourself with a Coca-Cola and you’re like, ‘Ah, this is nice.’ Your body never gets that sugar in the wild. You get sugar in fruit.”

“When you have a glass of sugar water, it’s pouring right into your bloodstream. Your body is like, ‘What the f**k is this?’” he said.

Before he came clean about how he got his leaner physique, Malone’s fans expressed concern earlier this year over his rapid weight loss.

Some of the Better Now singer’s followers believed he was even on drugs — an accusation that he denied in April.

“Hello everybody, I hope you’re having a great night,” the Rockstar rapper shared in a post on Instagram at the time.

“I wanted to say that I’m not doing drugs, I’ve had a lot of people ask me about my weight loss and I’d suppose, performance on stage.”

Malone also calmed his fans by saying he’s just having loads of “fun” performing on his Twelve Carat Tour and has “never felt healthier.”
