Post Malone shows off impressive 25kg weight loss
The US rapper has surprised his followers with his newly-trimmed down frame, taking to social media with a post showing off his whopping weight loss.
Post-pounds Malone.
Post Malone showed off his 25kg weight loss while flaunting a leather-heavy outfit via Instagram.
The Circles singer shared a selfie of himself staring straight at the mirror while holding one hand in his pocket and the other right above his chest.
Post, whose real name is Austin Post, looked sharp in black pants and a matching button-down, a dark brown leather blazer and black leather boots. He accessorised with a stylish leopard belt and baseball cap.
“Introducing Viceroy Chungus VonBattlepass, i love you,” he captioned the sexy snap.
While some fans thirsted over his look, others couldn’t help themselves from acknowledging how “skinny” the 28-year-old artist has gotten in the comments section.
“Love you!! But your [sic] starting to get to skinny babe,” one person wrote, with others asking, “Who is this?” and “Why are you so skinny?”
“I like chubby Posty better. Just sayin’ lol,” a third user commented.
Meanwhile, the more supportive fans wrote things like, “Looking trim son,” “That’s what I call a hard flex broski” and “Posty in his baddie era.”
Elsewhere in the comments section, someone else joked that they also “need to quit drinking soda” – referring to what Post previously claimed as the reason behind his drastic body transformation.
In April, the Sunflower rapper — who announced in June 2022 that he welcomed a daughter — explained that he decided to change his diet once “dad life kicked in.”
“I decided to kick soda, and start eating better so i can be around for a long time for this little angel,” he wrote in an Instagram post at the time.
The Grammy-nominee also shut down speculation that he was “doing drugs” and instead gushed about how he has “never felt healthier.”
Post revealed during an August 8 episode of the Joe Rogan Experience podcast that he went from 108kg to 84kg by getting rid of soda in his diet.
“Soda is so bad. It’s so good, but so bad,” he said at the time. “[But if] I had a great show, and you know what, I’m feeling a little bit naughty — I’m gonna have myself a Coke on ice.”
