Aussie pop star Troye Sivan marks return home to Perth with sexy shirtless selfie
This massive Aussie pop star has returned home from LA to headline a music festival – and he took some time to visit the sights of his hometown.
It hasn’t been all work, no play for Aussie pop star Troye Sivan, who is back on home soil to headline this month’s Spilt Milk House Party musical event.
The LA-based star kicked off the Perth leg of the festival over the weekend, performing alongside the likes of G-Flip and Glass Animals at Kings Park in his home town of Perth.
Sivan has been enjoying life back at Perth since arriving this past week.
Not afraid to be seen out and about, the singer-songwriter was spotted emerging from his Perth hotel on Sunday just hours after kicking off Night 1 of the music festival.
The 29-year-old kept it casual in a black T-shirt, white basketball shorts and an army cap as he stepped out into the sunny capital, enjoying the outdoors before once again hitting the stage for Night 2 on Sunday evening.
Sivan is thrilled to be back home in Perth, where he used to live in the suburb of Dianella before moving to LA in 2014.
On the weekend, in between performances, he took a stroll along the Swan River, where he took a shirtless selfie in front on the famed tourist spot.
“Back in Perth and Yk what? Hell yeah,” he excitedly shared on Instagram.
During his visit, he also stopped by West Oz Wildlife animal sanctuary where he cuddled up to a koala.
Sivan is not the only one from the Spilt Milk House Party line-up who is enjoying the sights. Aussie singer G Flip, who was born and raised in St Kilda, Victoria, is also loving being back in Australia.
“We’re in Perth playing a show tonight and we just drove past the great Bunnings so we’re all copping a snag right now,” G Flip, who is non-binary and uses they/them pronouns, said in a video on Instagram Stories over the weekend.
Sivan and G Flip – real name Georgia Flipo – and the rest of the line-up will head to the Gold Coast on November 23 and Newcastle on November 24 to wrap up the festival.
Sivan also recently wrapped his Sweat US Tour, which he co-headlined with British pop star Charli XCX in support of their respective albums Something to Give Each Other and Brat. The tour kicked off in the US on September 14 and wrapped on October 23.
