Millie Bobby Brown shocks fans by going back to blonde hair: ‘Slayed this’

This favourite Netflix star has unveiled her chic new platinum blonde hair after rocking dark tresses for the last few years.

Millie Bobby Brown has a new look.

The Stranger Things star unveiled her chic platinum blonde tresses in a photo carousel shared to Instagram Saturday.

Brown, 20, appeared to get a money piece on her face-framing layers. The colouring technique involves lightening the front sections of hair.

In the photos, the Enola Holmes actress wore a figure-hugging black dress. She edited the first shot with early 2000s-inspired icons, including one that read “HOT.”

She also paired the all-black ensemble with matching heels and minimal jewellery.

Brown’s glam for the hair reveal included a dark smokey eye, a brown lip and an overall bronzed look.

Her hair makeover wowed her fans as many took to the comments to react.

“SLAYED THIS,” one fan gushed, while another chimed in, “MILLIE BOBBY BLONDE.”

Meanwhile, a third admirer seemingly compared Brown to pop singer Britney Spears, writing, “Ready to play Britney now.”

A fourth fan applauded Brown’s choice by commenting, “UM DEVOURED!? ATE!? FEASTED!? COOKED!?”

This isn’t the first time that the British actress has dyed her hair blonde. Brown previously rocked lighter locks at the Enola Holmes 2 premiere in October 2022.

She wore a plunging pink dress for the film’s premiere which she attended with her now-husband, Jake Bongiovi.

Brown’s blonde look for that event was styled into an elegant updo.

Although many fans gushed over Brown’s hair transformation, she recently faced harsh criticism for a series of mirror selfies shared to Instagram at the end of December 2024.

Some haters claimed that Brown “looked 35” and compared her to a “40-year-old Jersey housewife.”

The former child star later clapped back on her Instagram Story, writing, “women grow!! not sorry about it :).”
