Keira Maguire strips down to show off $35,000 plastic surgery

REALITY TV’s favourite “villain” has stripped down for a new photo shoot to show off her latest surgery results.

KEIRA Maguire has paid a lot of money for her new look, and she’s clearly proud of it.

During a photo shoot with NW magazine, the former Bachelor star stripped down to just a bikini to show off her latest surgery results — a breast enlargement.

It follows a nose job late last year.

Maguire, 30, posted a behind-the-scenes boomerang video of the day on Instagram to offer a sneak peek.

The reality TV “villain” — who has appeared on The Bachelor and I’m A Celeb — revealed she suffered from low self-esteem after appearing on television.

“Being in the spotlight, you focus more on those things you want to change,” she told NW.

“My nose and breasts were the two other things I’ve wanted to have done for 10 years. I’ve always wanted to get done, but being in this industry just forced me to get it done in a more prompt manner.

“I feel nervous a lot … If you go out you pretty much get ambushed. I keep to myself a lot more now. “

“You’ve got people taking photos of you randomly and you’ve got to look good from all angles, so it’s extra pressure.”

Last December, Maguire told the same magazine that she’d freaked out the first time she’d seen her face on The Bachelor.

“The first night I watched the show I was sitting there like, ‘Ew, this is f****d,’ My nose is just so bad on camera,” she admitted.
