A man and woman are facing high-level drug charges after a raid on a trendy Port Melbourne home uncovered millions in cash and drugs.

A man and woman from Port Melbourne are facing high-level charges over allegations methylamphetamine was being cooked in a trendy $2 million townhouse.
They are also accused of cocaine trafficking and weapons offences after a handgun was allegedly discovered at their Turville Place townhouse.
Senior police say officers from the clandestine laboratory squad found up to $13 million inside the property when they pounced on Wednesday.
It is alleged meth cooking was taking place behind a garage roller door at the home.
The 29-year-old woman and 33-year-old man, both from Port Melbourne, are charged with trafficking a large commercial quantity of methylamphetamine, trafficking a commercial quantity of a drug of dependence, dealing with the proceeds of crime, commercial level cocaine trafficking, firearms offences and other trafficking matters.
Investigators also raided properties in Port Melbourne and Brunswick.
Along with the $13 million, kilograms of drugs, precursor chemicals, glassware and a gun were seized at Turville Place.
Two cars were impounded.
The charged pair were remanded to appear in Melbourne Magistrates’ Court February 11, 2021.
Commander Mick Frewan said on Wednesday that “a number of manufacturing processes had already taken place.”
“Safe to say, those drugs are out there in the community,” he said.
