Video has captured the moment a nasty fight broke out among multiple punters inside a country pub.
Police were called to the Gift Hotel on Main St in Stawell about 8.30pm on July 29 after reports a group of people were fighting inside the licensed venue.
The footage shows at least three fights breaking out, with punters pushed on to a pool table and thrown to the ground.
Multiple people can be seen throwing punches as the crowd cheers, encouraging the ugly behaviour.
It’s understood no security was in attendance and two young staff members were forced to deal with the violence.
Adrian from the Gift Hotel refused to provide further details to the Herald Sun.
“I don’t think there is a need for us to comment,” he said.
Victoria Police said there were no serious injuries.
The investigation remains ongoing to establish what caused the brawl.
