Mr Burbank was jailed in West Australia last year after breaching Covid laws by sneaking into the state while it was in lockdown.

He spent three months in the maximum security Hakea Prison in Perth.

The Morris Jones website described the venue as a restaurant and cocktail wine bar and is regarded as a hotspot in Melbourne’s affluent eastern suburbs circles.
