The energy of youth joined some of the club’s greats and together they delivered the most unlikely, the most dare-devil and probably the one of the most memorable premiership in the clubs’ 150 years.

The 1993 baby Bombers - a team of kids that included 18-year-olds Dustin Fletcher, Joe Misiti, Mark Mercuri, 19, and a pair of 20-year-olds named James Hird and Gavin Wanganeen - stand as Kevin Sheedy’s greatest coaching achievement.
