Barry Plant Doncaster East director Mark Di Giulio and Kay & Burton Hawthorn’s Scott Patterson have been crowned as some of the top real estate agents in Melbourne’s inner east over the past 12 months.

It comes after the state’s biggest deal makers who inked the highest number of sales, as well as those with the top average sale prices for the year were revealed in the Herald Sun’s top 50 agent rankings.

Real estate agents across Melbourne were ranked based on their reported sales to realestate.com.au between April 2022 and March 2023, with off-market, private or undisclosed deals not included.

The top inner-east brokers notched dozens of sales and multimillion-dollar deals across suburbs such as Doncaster, Box Hill, Balwyn and Hawthorn, despite tough market conditions due to tight stock levels, building company collapses and interest rate hikes.
