PRINCE Harry and new bride Meghan will visit Melbourne this week during their trip to Australia.
The newlywed royals, whose fairytale marriage in May was seen by a TV audience of more than 1 billion people, will make their first official visit Down Under to attend the Invictus Games in Sydney.
During their visit to Victoria on October 18, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will meet a cross-section of youth and community groups who run programs aimed at empowering people through sport.

They’ll have 10 staff including a digital officer, three communications officers, a private secretary and a hairdresser for Duchess Meghan.
The couple will fly on commercial flights between Australia and the UK, with the airfares paid for by the Australian and New Zealand governments.

Their first appearance in Melbourne on October 18 will be a walkabout to meet members of the public at Government House Drive.
They will then attend a reception at Government House.
The event will behosted by Governor Linda Dessau and young Victorian community leaders.
The royals will then take a tram and head to South Melbourne Beach.
There they will meet volunteers from the local beach patrol.
