Motley Crue star Tommy Lee sparked controversy by asking fans to bare their breasts at the band’s Melbourne show on Tuesday night.
For the uninitiated, it was standard sexist Motley Crue schtick from drummer Lee, the ex-husband of former Baywatch star Pamela Anderson.
“Where the f---ing beers at?” Lee asked during a break in the concert at Marvel Stadium. “OK, I see some beers; I’ll let you slide.”
Then he continued: “What I don’t see — I do not, and I have not seen — one pair of f---ing t-tties. What the f---? Come on, ladies, show the boys, get ‘em out!”
Several women obliged by lifting their tops, and the images were beamed via camera on to giant video screens.
Proving Motley Crue is inclusive, Lee added: “Even the man t-tties, bring the man t-tties out”.
However, he wasn’t happy with the camera operator’s work.
“Dude, camera guy, right here! There’s some f---ing nice t-tties, dude. You’re missing them!” Lee barked. “Show the boys! Aussie, Aussie, Aussie!”
With a few more boobs bared, Lee still wasn’t done.
“That can’t be it,” he said, exasperated.
“There’s gotta be more t-tties. Oh, right there, bro”
“Go ahead, go ahead, show the boys,” Lee cooed to another compliant fan. “Good girl. Yeah. God bless you ladies, and your t-tties.”
Then the show escalated to a potential X-rating.
“Any of you guys wanna whip out your f---ing sh-t?” Lee said, daring the men to unzip. “Now’s your chance, man. On the big screen, it will look huge. I’ll show you mine, if you show me yours.”
Of course, Lee’s sizeable package became famous after a sex tape he recorded with Anderson was leaked.
Nobody wanted to compete with that.
