JAILED Russell St bomber Craig Minogue has continued to taunt authorities, posting a clean-shaven photo of himself and bragging about a podcast.
Minogue, who is serving life for the 1986 bombing that killed Constable Angela Taylor, 21, and for a jailhouse murder, has raised his social media profile as he tries to win parole.
Police chief Graham Ashton has voiced displeasure about Minogue’s social media rants, but authorities say they are powerless to stop them.

Police Association of Victoria secretary Wayne Gatt said there were implications to prisoners having uncontrolled communications.
“You must question the level of security and the monitoring of prisoner communication currently in place, if they can connect so easily with the outside world through such a popular social media platform,’’ he said.
Audio files have been published, in which Minogue boasts: “Now I have a voice’’.
Though Corrections Victoria is not allowed to say where he is jailed, he is able to reveal such details to his audience.
After being jailed for murdering Constable Taylor and injuring 22 others, Minogue bashed fellow inmate Alex Tsakmakis to death with gym weights hidden in a pillow case.
Minogue has tweeted he intended to: “ … make a positive contribution to public policy in the criminal and social justice area”.
Corrections Victoria said prisoners did not have access to the internet and could not upload or publish information themselves.
