Paramedics were called to a property in Stonleigh following reports of a “machinery incident” on Saturday afternoon, an ambulance spokeswoman said.

The child was in a serious condition on Saturday night.

The Herald Sun understands a bucket-like object fell off a tractor onto the boy, believed to be three-years old.
