Duo busted hiding under classroom tables during Flaxmill Primary School break-in

Two young men found hiding under tables with their pockets stuffed with stationery after a school break-in in Adelaide’s south have been arrested.

A duo found hiding under classroom tables with stationery supplies stashed in their pockets after a Morphett Vale school break-in have been arrested.

Police were called to Flaxmill Primary School after reports of an alarm activation about 12.20am on Wednesday.

Officers and security staff searched the school, finding a window to a building that had been jemmied open.

Patrols then searched inside, finding two men hiding under a desk in a classroom.

A number of stationery items were found in their pockets, police said.

The pair, aged 20 and 21 and both from Morphett Vale, were arrested and have been charged with serious criminal trespass.

They were bailed to appear in the Christies Beach Magistrates Court on January 25.
