MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA - OCTOBER 14: Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews speaks during a press conference on October 14, 2020 in Melbourne, Australia. Victoria has recorded seven new cases of COVID-19 and five deaths in the last 24 hour reporting period. Coronavirus restrictions eased slightly across Melbourne from Monday 28 September as Victoria enters into its second step in the government's roadmap to reopening. The overnight curfew no longer applies. Up to five people from no more than two households are able to gather outside. Childcare can reopen and restrictions have been lifted on some workplaces, with industries allowed to commence a partial return to work in Melbourne if they have COVID-safe plans in place. Weddings will be allowed outdoors, with a limit of five people, including the couple and two witnesses. Outdoor religious gatherings and ceremonies will be allowed, but with a limit of five people plus one faith leader. Metropolitan Melbourne has been subject to Stage 4 restrictions since 2 August 2020 in response to the re-emergence of COVID-19 in the community. (Photo by Robert Cianflone/Getty Images)
