A woman charged with leaking raunchy footage of Dane Swan has dodged her first scheduled court appearance.
Georgia May Gibson, from South Australia, was due to face the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court today charged with visually capturing genitalia and distribution of an intimate image.

But the 20-year-old had her matter administratively adjourned until next year.
Under Victorian law, it is illegal to show or send a message of a person if they did not agree to the image — including a person’s intimate body parts, or them engaged in a sex act — being distributed.
The offence carries a maximum penalty of up to two years in prison.
Details of the case against Ms Gibson are not known, but it is alleged she leaked a video of a naked romp involving the former Collingwood star.
A relative claimed Ms Gibson posted the footage via Snapchat, which was widely distributed via other platforms.
It is alleged the footage of Swan was taken in Melbourne during the 2017 AFL season.
The six-second clip shows Swan kissing the woman who films his naked body as he attempts to cover his head.
The footage was allegedly taken while Swan was in a long-term relationship with his partner Taylor Wilson.
Ms Gibson, a nanny from a small town in South Australia, was charged following a four-month sexting investigation by Victoria Police.
Swan, who retired from AFL in 2016, reported the X-rated video to police, asking them to stop it from being spread after it surfaced in May.
The AFL champion personally contacted Twitter users who were spreading the video and threatened legal action unless they removed it from their feeds.
Swan at the time said the footage had been taken “a long time ago” and that it was a “gross breach” of his privacy.

“It was taken and distributed without my consent,” he said.
Swan debuted for Collingwood in 2003 and was regarded as one of the team’s greatest midfielders.
He won the Brownlow Medal in 2011 before retiring five years later due to injury, and has made appearances on TV programs including The Footy Show and I’m a Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here.
Ms Gibson’s matter has been adjourned until February 4.
