HOMICIDE detectives have released an image of a man as they hunt for a Roxburgh Park killer.
Police wish to speak the man over the death of 21-year-old Anwar Teriaki, who was fatally shot in an early morning attack near his home last month.
Mr Teriaki had returned home in Coronet Ave on Wednesday, August 9, at about 12.35am.
A silver sedan turned up and he was confronted by a number of people carrying weapons before he fled.
Two men gave chase and the car followed east along Coronet Ave, then south before Mr Teriaki faced the pair at the Hayfield Rd intersection.
During a confrontation he was shot and killed.

His assailants and the car later left the scene, east along Heyfield Rd.
Both men are described as being about 170cm tall with thin builds.
One was wearing a hooded jumper at the time and light coloured pants.
The other was wearing a light coloured long sleeved jumper and pants and had dark hair with shaved back and sides and longer hair at the top.
Police have compiled an image of this man in the hope of identifying him.
Chilling final moments caught on CCTV
Last week, police released CCTV of Mr Teriaki running for his life, throwing rubbish bins in the path of two men who gave chase.
The footage also showed a silver car, with investigators hoping to speak with anyone who recognises it, saw it in the area at the time or knows who owns it.
