Knuckey Street in Darwin City blocked by NT Police

Police have blocked access to Knuckey Street in the Darwin CBD after a serious medical incident.

Northern Territory Police have blocked access to a major Darwin inner-city street after a serious medical incident.

A NT News reporter at the scene says police have cordoned off the section between Wood and Litchfield streets, right in front of Mantra Pandanas and Luma Luma Holiday Apartments due to the medical incident.

It is understood a man is receiving medical treatment at the scene.

Motorists and pedestrians are urged to avoid the area.
