Hells Angels and Red Devils bikies asked to leave Richmond Club hotel but made their exit known

A GROUP of Hells Angels and aligned Red Devils were kicked out of the Richmond Club Hotel by a brave manager last night after taking over Swan St. And the group of outlaw bikies made their exit known.

Outlaw bikies take over Richmond street

THE Hells Angels and aligned Red Devils outlaw bikies took over Richmond’s Swan St last night.

But the visit was short-lived after a brave hotel manager told the gang members to have a drink and leave after they descended on the Richmond Club Hotel last night.

More than 25 bikies parked their Harley Davidson motorcycles outside the up-market pub and entered the venue about 10pm.

Most of the bikies were in full colours — a vest with the patch insignia on the back.

Others with them were wearing supporter gear.

The rough looking mob was asked to leave after one drink — being told they could not wear their colours inside the venue.

They left without incident, but made their exit known.

Before leaving in a convoy, one of the supporters walked onto Swan St and with a hand raised stopped traffic while the bikie gang revved their motorbikes.

One did a standing burnout before they headed east in numbers.

Although police were called to keep order, none arrived while the Sunday Herald Sun were present.

Most of the gang headed east along Swan St towards the Red Devils southeast clubhouse — a Clayton South warehouse which has previously been peppered with bullets.

The remaining Hells Angels and Devils headed west towards the city.

Several members wore a Nomads patch — indicating they are not bound by an area.

The Hells Angels have an infamous clubhouse in Campbellfield, which is a Nomads chapter.

The Red Devils and the powerful Hells Angels hit the headlines in 2013 for the ambush shooting of then Bandidos national Sgt-at-Arms Toby Mitchell — wounding his arm.

The shooting occurred after they bashed Diablos — a feeder club to the Bandidos — inside their Melton clubhouse.

Mitchell and his Bandido brothers arrived as reinforcements to their feeder club only to be caught in the headlights of waiting cars and peppered with bullets.

Red Devils members have included the Pegoraro brothers and Terrence Chimirri — a one time gangland figure.

It is closely aligned to the international Hells Angels outlaw motorcycle gang.
