Jimmy Bartel and Anna Meares are the latest sport stars confirmed as participants in next month’s Big Freeze at the ’G.
The Cats favourite and Olympic cycling champion will join Blues legend Brendan Fevola, former Collingwood gun Dane Swan and basketball royalty Lauren Jackson for icy plunge ahead of the Queen’s Birthday clash between Collingwood and Melbourne.
Another eight sporting champions are expected to be named in the Big Freeze line-up this week.
More than 280,000 people have attended the Big Freeze over the past four years.
