If Shane Warne and Sam Newman decide to take up residence in the new $550 million luxury St Moritz development in St Kilda they won’t have to leave their home to access the latest advancements in anti-ageing technology and rehabilitation therapy.

They’re among a list of Melbourne’s celebrity, sporting and business elite who have expressed interest in buying into the state-of-the-art building after it was revealed real estate mogul Antony Catalano paid a cool $30 million for one of the penthouses.

Samsara, the most ambitious health and wellness facility ever offered on a private residential scale, would allow residents to book on-call services from doctors and nurses within 90 minutes at any time of day

Cryotherapy and hyperbaric oxygen chambers, pulsed electromagnetic field mats, salt rooms and flotation tanks will also be part of the new private anti-ageing and wellness centre, which will anchor the base of the world-first residential development.

Tim Gurner, St Moritz developer, says it will be the largest investment in anti-ageing equipment in Australia, with most pieces being hand-picked from the US.

“Samsara represents the culmination of all the detoxification, rehabilitation and anti-ageing technologies that I have researched and trialled personally over the years,” he says.

“Up until now, these technologies have been out of reach for most, with some of the pieces of equipment costing over $250,000. My vision for Samsara is to bring all the world’s most advanced anti-ageing technologies together under a business model that allows for unprecedented on-call access.”

Some of the other five-star services residents will enjoy include 24/7 access to over 14 full-time staff including a private driver, stylist, wine curator and art gallery director, along with car washing, dog minding and grooming, housekeeping and laundry services, private dining and catering.
