A ute towing a scissor lift has rolled on the Sunraysia Highway in Litchfield, about 160 km North West of Bendigo, on Friday about 7.50am.
Paramedics were called and they treated a man in his 60s who was flown to Bendigo Hospital with upper body injuries.
A woman in her 40s was taken by road to Bendigo Hospital, also with upper body injuries.
The man was trapped inside the ute for some time before paramedics began treating him.
