Stumps were flying in all directions and so, too, were the high fives.

Exuberant Red Hill paceman Glenn Collett single handedly demolished Heatherhill for 85 on Saturday to seal a 92-run victory in MPCA Provincial Round 8.

The bustling paceman was at his hostile best, taking 7-21 off 16.4 overs — clean bowling three Heatherhill batters and having another four caught behind the wicket.

Capping a big day, Collett, who celebrated each wicket with gusto, was red-hot in the field, running out opener Neil Barfuss.

Nathan Cassano was the only Heatherhill batter to pass 10, making 23.

With four wins and a washout draw in its past five matches, a rampaging Red Hill has cemented fourth spot on the ladder, and a return to finals action looms large.
