The cause of a house fire in Melbourne’s southeast is being treated as suspicious

Emergency services were called to a vacant house in Springvale at 11.40am, February 7, following reports of a fire.

Paramedics went to the Luxford Crt fire but no was injured.

A police spokesperson has said investigators are “treating the fire as suspicious”.

Investigations are ongoing, and police have temporarily closed off Luxford Crt.

Fire Rescue Victoria has been contacted for comment.
