Somerville crash: Woman in 40s killed in Frankston-Flinders, Bungower roads crash
Another life has been claimed on Mornington Peninsula roads after a woman died in a single-vehicle crash in Somerville.

A woman in her 40s has died after a road smash in Somerville during the early hours of Monday.
Officers on patrol came across the accident scene at the intersection of Frankston-Flinders and Bungower roads about 2.10am.
They attempted to revive the driver, believed to be a woman in her 40s, but were unsuccessful.
Police suspect the woman lost control of the car and ran off the road into a tree.
Investigations into the crash are continuing.
The death is the third on the region’s roads in the past three weeks.
A 56-year-old Tyabb man lost his life after a two car collision in Moorooduc on June 11 and on June 22 a Mornington woman, 62, died after the SUV she was driving crashed into a tree on the Nepean Highway, Mornington.
