A CARRUM DOWNS physio says he will be walking to work for the next three years after a second drink-driving ban.
The big boozer was banned from being behind the wheel for 36 months at Frankston Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday.
The court heard police noticed a car being driven around Carrum Downs Shopping Centre at 12.15am on March 13 this year, and pulled it over.

When they went to investigate, they noticed the driver, Joshua Quinn, smelt strongly of alcohol.
Quinn, who had a zero alcohol condition on his licence because of a previous drink-driving crime dating from 2015, then blew .183.
His licence was suspended on the spot, and his car was impounded.
Quinn defended himself in court, saying he had had alcohol problems in the past and was now having counselling.
He said he knew he had done the wrong thing.
“I admit my actions, I have no excuses,” he said.
“Drink-driving is a dangerous thing; I’m seeking help for it.
“I admit what I did, (luckily) I live in walking distance to work.”
Magistrate Fiona Stewart disqualified him from driving for 36 months — double the normal ban — as he had committed a similar drink-driving crime within the last 10 years.
He was also fined $600.
Ms Stewart granted a police application for a further impoundment of his vehicle and it was taken off the road for another 28 days.
