A neighbour from hell has threatened to rape and kill a man and burn down his house during a relentless hate campaign.
Emmanuel Tzanoudakis, 49, continually abused his Pakenham neighbour with vile taunts, including labelling him as a “f***ing rapist” and “murderer”, and sent more than 20 threatening text messages during a vendetta stretching back seven years, despite being ordered by a court to stop.
Tzanoudakis last Wednesday pleaded guilty via videolink in Dandenong Magistrates’ Court to 22 breaches of a court order, one shop theft, three bail offences and two community correction order breaches.

The court heard Tzanoudakis repeatedly had confronted the victim in his yard and sent the man and his girlfriend threatening phone messages over the past year.
On March 27 he went into the neighbour’s backyard about 2.30am and began screaming the man was “a rapist”, “a murderer” and “he was a piece of s***”.
On April 15 — as the victim was taking his shopping inside his home — Tzanoudakis shouted to a passing woman that “a f***ing rapist” lived in the house about 4.30pm.
Tzanoudakis’ constant barrage of abuse prompted the victim to install a CCTV system as he feared for his family’s safety, according to police documents.
Court documents reveal Tzanoudakis and the victim’s history dates back to 2012. Tzanoudakis has previously made threats to kill and rape his neighbour and burn down his house, the documents show.
A full safety order has been in place since September last year.
Tzanoudakis’ constant barrage of abuse prompted the victim to install a CCTV system as he feared for his family’s safety, according to police documents.
On August 6 Tzanoudakis went into Pakenham’s Bunning store and stole three fan remote controls and a pack of strip lighting worth around $250.

He was seen by security guards and arrested and, because he was on bail at the time, remanded into custody.
Tzanoudakis admitted stealing the items, saying he only had $4 on him and was broke and wanted to sell them.
Magistrate Greg Connellan remanded Tzanoudakis and adjourned the case for a defence mitigation plea and sentencing on September 12.
