Hit-run lover Elisha Browne caught drug-driving twice before attack
A jealous woman who ran down her two-timing boyfriend’s other lover now has three ice-addled hits on her driving record.

A JEALOUS woman who ran down her boyfriend’s other lover has a dodgy drug-driving past, a court has heard, with three ice-addled hits in her traffic history.
In April Elisha Elizabeth Browne used her car to smash into her partner’s other beau in a fit of rage, and is now serving three years behind bars.

But it emerged in court yesterday she had been pulled over while driving twice with ice in her system, once a month before the attack and again late last year.
And she also has another prior for drug-driving dating back to 2015.
The 40-year-old from Doncaster pleaded guilty via videolink to two failing an oral fluid test charges at Dandenong Magistrates Court.
The court heard she was caught in December last year in Springvale, testing positive for ice.
And then in March this year she was nabbed a second time, this time in Mt Waverley, again with ice in her system.
Last month Browne, a mother of one, was jailed in the County Court for three years on a charge of recklessly causing serious injury after she drove an unregistered car at her partner’s lover.
At the time her boyfriend Ross Perrys was in a relationship with both Browne and Maria Tiglar, 31, a mother of two.

Both women believed they were the only paramours Mr Perry had until Browne discovered he was also dating Ms Tiglar.
Infuriated, she tracked the couple down to a Clarinda home and gave chase as they fled in their car, reaching speeds of 130km/h.
Twice she rammed their vehicle before Browne drove along the nature strip at Ms Tiglar, knocking her over and dragging her along the ground for 30m.
She suffered serious leg fractures in the attack, which caused a permanent limp, and she now has flashbacks and nightmares.
In Dandenong court Browne’s lawyer said these two driving crimes were by-products of her historical use of ice.
Magistrate Tara Hartnett said while her traffic history was “shocking”, these incidents predated her current situation.
Browne was fined $1000 and disqualified from driving for six months.
