A teen is in a serious condition after a load of aluminium was dropped on him from a crane in Dandenong South.

A teen has been injured after a roof crane dropped material and crushed him in Dandenong South.

A teen is in a serious condition after a roof crane dropped a load of aluminium on him in the early hours of Friday morning.

Emergency services were called to the Pound Rd West location in Dandenong South following reports a man was trapped at about 1am.

The young man was treated for leg injuries and was taken to the hospital in a serious but stable condition.

VICSES and WorkSafe were also called to the scene.
