Two people arrested after $100,000 of drugs found in Kalorama raid
Detectives found $100,000 worth of drugs including ecstasy, cocaine and cannabis during an early morning raid on a Kalorama house. A woman charged in relation to the haul also allegedly assaulted police as she was being arrested.

A Kalorama woman allegedly assaulted police officers in an early morning raid where police uncovered $100,000 of drugs inside a house.
Croydon detective Senior Sergeant Jim Sutherland said detectives raided a Ridge Rd house yesterday at 5.30am.
Sen-Sgt Sutherland said they found a commercial quantity of ecstasy, along with large quantities of cannabis and cocaine and a small amount of cash.
He said the drugs had an estimated combined street value of $100,000.

A 24-year-old man and a 23-year-old woman from the address were arrested and each charged with trafficking ecstasy, possessing other drugs of dependence.
The woman was also charged with assaulting an emergency services officer and trafficking cannabis.
Sen-Sgt Sutherland said the duo were remanded to face the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on the charges later today.
