This, of course, comes with a delicious side of mayonnaise and bacon-laden loaded fries.

Footy fans can wash the meaty treat down with a pot of Carlton Draught, or a pint of Angry Cock cider – sourced from Wandin East.

The Yarra Valley restaurant has just celebrated its first birthday, and with the place filling up during opening hours from Thursday to Sunday, bookings are essential, unless you want to get take away.

Owners Tina and Russell Braidner and Rod and Amanda Pearse have lived in Seville for almost two decades and love the place.

Their staple menu items – burgers and woodfired pizzas – are named after Seville streets including Warby (highway), Old Warby, Beenak, Britton, Seymour, Railway, Valley and Wallace.

“The kids are all burger nuts and as a family we sat around and decided on the menu,” Mrs Braidner said.

“We get crazy busy. On Father’s Day we had 173 bookings.”

Mrs Braidner said the restaurant also gives back to the community, offering free meals to the homeless and was a big supporter of the Seville Football Netball Club.

She said the restaurant partnered with Redwood Community Centre last year and opened on Christmas Day to feed the vulnerable and homeless.

The business also has partnered with Holy Fools and the Mt Evelyn church group to support people in need.
