Fire Rescue Victoria and CFA crews were called to the fire in Norma Crescent shortly after 2pm on Saturday, March 19 and found smoke coming from the single-storey brick house.
“Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters worked quickly to extinguish the fire and make the scene safe with the incident declared under control eight minutes after crews arrived,” a Fire Rescue Victoria spokesperson said.
