As revealed by Maroondah Leader last month, construction has begun on The Sebel’s eighth Melbourne hotel — at 98 Maroondah Highway.

Parent company Accor Hotels made an official announcement and released artist impressions on Monday, and also revealed details of Pepper Melbourne Richmond, another new hotel to be built on Bridge Rd.
