First artist impressions for Accor’s hotels The Sebel Ringwood and Peppers Hotel Richmond
The owners of Ringwood’s latest accommodation offering “don’t do things by halves”, and it’s evident from newly released artist impressions of the building. It comes as plans for another hotel, to be built in a historic part of Richmond, were also announced.

A luxury hotel set to open in Ringwood in 2021 will offer swish and comfy surroundings.
As revealed by Maroondah Leader last month, construction has begun on The Sebel’s eighth Melbourne hotel — at 98 Maroondah Highway.
Parent company Accor Hotels made an official announcement and released artist impressions on Monday, and also revealed details of Pepper Melbourne Richmond, another new hotel to be built on Bridge Rd.
Both hotels will be owned by the Amber Property Group, which is operated by former car dealers the Brady family.

The Sebel Ringwood will boast 103 apartment-style rooms on seven floors including studios and one and two-bedroom suites, along with a fitness centre, two function rooms, a restaurant and a cafe.
It will be built next to train tracks leading to Ringwood railway station and opposite nightclubs, a tattoo parlour and a Club X adult store.
Accor Hotels Pacific chief operating officer Simon McGrath said he was excited about the potential quality of development at both hotels.
“This major dual hotel announcement shows Amber Property Group’s enthusiasm as owners entering the hotel scene, and they don’t do anything by halves,” Mr McGrath said.
Amber Property Group directors Jevan Clay and Rachael Brady said both hotels would create 150 jobs and stimulate economic growth in Ringwood and Richmond.
