Belgrave Lilydale Line: Man hit and killed by train near Ringwood station
Commuters copped long delays heading into work after a tragic early morning incident near Ringwood railway station.

Services have resumed on the Belgrave and Lilydale lines after a man was hit by a train and died on Tuesday morning.
Emergency services were called to the incident about 5.15am, which took place on tracks not far from Ringwood railway station.
Metro Trains suspended services between Ringwood and Blackburn railway stations until about 8am and organised replacement buses for commuters.
Police are yet to identify the man and the incident is not being treated as suspicious.
