Staff at a Tullamarine car hire company have had a scary start to the week, after a car smashed through their front window.
Paramedics and police were called to Alpha Car Hire on Mickleham Rd after a 70-year-old Truganina woman ploughed her car through the office window about 8.30am.
Paramedics attended the scene but no one was injured or needed to go to hospital.
Workers at the shop said they were thankful no one was hurt other than the office pot plants.
Early inspections indicate no structural damage to the building but police are investigating the incident.
