Moonee Valley Preps Estella and Tyler share first school day hopes
The new school year is just days away and like thousands of new Preps, Moonee Valley’s Estella and Tyler can’t wait to get started. Here’s what they are most looking forward to.

Estella and Tyler are so excited to start their first ever day of school, they can’t sit still.
Estella, 4, will be making her debut at St Christopher’s Primary School in Airport West, and Tyler, 5, will be heading to St John Bosco in Niddrie.
Tyler’s mum, Michelle Rowbottom, said Tyler was her firstborn and she was excited and nervous for him to start Prep.
“He’s my best friend, and I’m letting him go into the big world,” she said.
Tyler has all his stationery, books and uniform ready to go for the big day.

He said he was most looking forward to checking out the new play equipment, including a big riding truck.
The five-year-old said he was proud to wear his new uniform.
“I like the colours,” he said.
The brave little boy said he wasn’t scared “at all” to start primary school.
